----------------------------------
This project involved the transformation of a high-resolution point cloud survey of an industrial facility in Germany into a precise Revit model. The main goal was to deliver an accurate digital twin of the existing structure to support coordination, documentation, and future development phases.
Using a structured Scan-to-BIM workflow, the point cloud data was carefully analyzed and converted into a fully coordinated Revit model. Architectural and structural elements were modeled with high geometric accuracy, ensuring correct alignment, dimensions, and spatial relationships. This approach allowed the project team to rely on the model as a trustworthy reference for decision-making.
The resulting BIM model significantly enhanced project communication and coordination, offering clear 3D visualizations that made complex spatial conditions easy to understand. Stakeholders were able to review existing conditions, identify clashes or inconsistencies, and plan interventions with confidence.
📐 Total Modeled Area: 50,000 m²
