----------------------------------
This project involved the conversion of a point cloud survey of a residential house basement into a precise and well-structured IFC model, ensuring a reliable digital representation of the existing architectural conditions.
The point cloud data was carefully processed and interpreted to accurately model basement walls, slabs, columns, openings, and all relevant architectural elements. Special attention was given to geometric precision, level alignment, and spatial consistency, allowing the BIM model to faithfully reflect the real-world conditions of the basement.
Through a structured Scan-to-BIM workflow, the resulting Revit model enabled clear understanding of the existing architecture and provided a strong foundation for renovation, retrofit, and coordination activities. The IFC output ensured full interoperability and seamless collaboration across different disciplines and software platforms.
